This water valve kit serves as an easy replacement for all VacuFlush and most Traveler foot pedal flush units . Included with the water valve are 2 new screws. Use the new screws when installing the new valve. They are a 2x cut thread and will ensure proper assembly. Dometic has upgraded the design of the water valve. Previously the cap was brass and removable, now the cap is made from plastic and is chemically welded (nonserviceable). This new design is more reliable.
